Lil’ Bombers Baseball League—Modified Kid-Pitch (ages 8-10)

Kid-pitch, competitive baseball program for kids ages 8/9-10. These players are either our older players (typically 9+) or they are players who are ready to start seeing pitches from other athletes and/or throwing pitches. In this division, players will face a kid pitcher, and if they are walked, a designated pitcher (pitcher/ump) will finish off the at bat until the player puts the ball in play or strikes out swinging. This is the most competitive division where athletes are preparing for their next steps in baseball. We will keep scores and standings and have playoffs at the end of the year. Parents may select carpool teammate(s). Games will be Saturdays (depending on weather) at the Central Park MCA fields. Weekly practices will be arranged by the coaches of each team. Program begins 8/19 (player evaluations) and the final placing games will be 10/28. Cost includes pants, jersey, and hat. $255/athlete.
